We recently stayed at this hotel extremely satisfied with our experience especially my kids.The staff are welcoming and friendly, always attentive to guests' needs. We would like to extend special thanks to the front desk manager,bar boy always serving our coffee and juice, as well as the receptionists, servers, security personnel, and entertainers for their respectfulness, attentiveness, and exceptional service. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, featuring high-quality bedding that ensures a restful sleep. The hotel's impeccable cleanliness and luxurious ambiance further enhanced my memorable stay. The dining experience is also outstanding, offering delicious dishes that will delight even the most discerning palates. The hotel room is spacious, and several large pools looked appealing, although we did not have the chance to use them since we spent much of our time exploring. The beach is just a 3 to 4-minute walk away, and you can access it by passing through other hotel buildings that are part of the same hotel chain. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is convenient, close to a busy street, making it easy to get a taxi. There are also several restaurants within a 1-mile radius, but check the reviews before dining. Staff were friendly and helpful, unlike outside the hotel, where customer service is non-existent. **Getting to the Hotel:** We took a taxi from Enfidha Airport, which cost us £25. For our return trip, we used a Bolt taxi, and it was £20. Please note that you can use Bolt in Sousse, but it doesn’t operate from the airport. **ATM:** There are plenty of ATMs within walking distance, and the withdrawal fee is 10 dinars. **Traveling to Other Cities:** We took a day tour from Sousse to Tunis and Sidi Bou Said by using a Louage. First, we took a Bolt taxi to the central Louage station and purchased a ticket to Tunis. From Tunis, we used Bolt again to reach Sidi Bou Said, which I highly recommend.

As always my stay exceeded expectations. The rooms have been refurbished and are very fresh, with new fixtures such as usb plugs and new bathrooms. Reception staff gave us a beautiful room, we were greeted by guest relations with fruit and water in our room. The grounds are beautiful 5 acres of gorgeous winding paths between beautiful gardens full of huge trees cactus flowers vines, a large selection of pools, the beach is lovely, the staff as always so welcoming. I love this hotel dearly i am a regular visitor and travel alot and stayed in many places but this place is very special and always a favourite of mine ❤️

The territory of the hotel is absolutely huge and includes 3 main buildings - it means that each building has its own reception. They offer a lot of things to do as - big tennis( has to be booked every time)- 2 courts, table tennis(rackets are in a super bad condition though, but still possible to play), archery- this it seems to be specific time just with animation group, kids room with animation group also, volleyball on the beach - specific time , kinda yoga or dancing -animation group … evening programs. Also they offer a spa and massage ( has to be booked in advance - massage specifically I didn’t like - because it wasn’t real massage , just distributing oil over the body for 50 min ;) ) , also they provide the trips with guides / private trips … Summarising- it’s like a small city - they have everything inside and entertainment was totally amazing . Food - was good 👌the only problem was the water - it smelled ( the one which is from the cooler ), always drink just water from bottles

The entire staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The beach is beautiful and the layout and the cleanliness of the hotel is superb!
